Want to improve your road biking skills? You’ll have to do a mix of tough physical training, learn when and how to relax, plus equip yourself with the right gear. We asked some of Canada’s top road bikers—including Alex Wrubleski, Jenny Trew, and Michael Barry—for their best advice on how to do it all.
