Finally, shoes that actually feel as comfortable when you’re hiking as they do when you’re biking. Even with a clipless pedal cleat installed—it recedes beneath the lugged outsole—you can walk comfortably on pavement and trails without sounding like a tap dancer. In fact, with a dual-density EVA midsole at the ball of the foot and a cushy heel, you could even jog in these shoes. On the bike, there’s still enough stiffness that we never felt inefficient.
