Hillsound Super Armadillo Nano ($100)
These high-tech gaiters fix a few of the issues that have driven us nuts over the years. Made of softshell-like Schoeller C-change—an intelligent fabric that’s waterproof and self-adjusts to temperature changes—these gaiters don’t make your feet hot and sweaty, as other models do. A coating of NanoSphere on the upper keeps it cleaner and deflects water, and the stretchy fabric fits better, never needing to be pulled up or overtightened to stay in place.
