Daniel Castro

Daniel is a 22-year-old psychology student in Montreal, who has always had a love for the arts. He started shooting film in 2022, finding it the perfect way to share his perspective with the people around.

He likes to capture moments that people usually don't notice, moments most often taken for granted. He uses film as a medium because the scarcity of frames on a roll allows for more intentionality in every shot. The photographer has no certainty about whether their work will turn out "perfectly" in film photography, but Daniel finds that to capture life perfectly.
