Peter de Vries

Hello Adventure Seekers, my name is Peter de Vries and I am married to a wonderful wife and have two amazing boys. We all share the love for outdoors like hiking, biking, camping and tree climbing. I have been in the Green Industry for 20 years, working from a garden centre & nursery, landscape contractor, a head landscape designer and now as a Municipal Arborist. I am an ISA certified arborist as well. I am also a local volunteer firefighter in my home town. What I am really passionate about is promoting the industry, I am involved in recreational tree climbing. Safety and conservation are very important to me in bringing forth this activity. I hope to see tree climbing as main stream as rock climbing one day.
