Classic Canadian Adventure Contest – follow Kevin’s Ottawa bloopers
The winners for the Classic Canadian Adventure in Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley – the contest where I’m the host – are packed and ready to have fun.
Melissa McCandless was selected and she is bring along her sister Melinda McDonald and their companions. Dean Rutledge and Todd Suderman. They are all from Southern Ontario and very excited. The winners are leaving Toronto to Ottawa on August 7th via Porter Airlines.
First, they get to go on a shopping spree at MEC in Toronto and Henry’s Camera to purchase equipment and clothing for the trip! Then there’s 7 days if adventures, including kayaking with MKC in the City, biking downtown Ottawa, Whitewater Rafting with RiverRun, lodging it at Bonnechere Provincial Park and flying through Algonquin’s Barron Canyon in a turbo beaver.
They’ll be a social media team (Birchbark Media) travelling throughout the contest week with our winners via Subaru Outback. That means you get to see the true “misadventures” that happen with me each day through video, photo’s, tweets and a blog. Check out the bloopers all week at:
