explore Adventure & Travel Show 2011 – WIN TICKETS
With each new season comes great potential for new adventure. I mean, I’d like to think that I never get sick of summer canoe tripping, but when fall rolls around, I can’t help but get the twinge of excitement that only changing seasons can bring.
Although I’ve had the chance, this autumn, to explore the breathtaking scenery of Algonquin Park and the Haliburton Highlands by both foot and canoe, there is still so much that I have yet to experience.
Thankfully, the explore Adventure & Travel Show is right around the corner. November 25 – 27 will see the International Centre in Toronto transformed into a seemingly endless forum catering to outdoor adventurers from all walks of life. This year’s show features presentations from special guests Rob Mariano (yes, that Boston Rob, from Survivor!), Phil Cotton from The Wabakimi Project and explore’s very own blogger Kevin Callan. For more information on what the show has to offer, check out the explore Adventure & Travel Show page.
If you’re anything like me, the thought of waiting eight weeks to check out the show and feed the autumn adventure hunger that seems to be growing by the day is nearly unbearable. While we wait it out, I’d love to hear more about what you have planned as adventures during this fall season. What new places are you checking out? What trips are you going to be sure not to miss out on? What autumn adventures do you recommend?
Leave your top 3 autumn adventure lists as a comment below and be entered for the chance to win one of two sets of tickets to the 2011 explore Adventure & Travel Show. Entries must be received by Friday October 14.
Best of luck, and happy trails!
