Exposure at Midwest Mountaineering Spring Expo
I was presenting in Minneapolis this past weekend at the Midwest Mountaineering Spring Expo. What a fantastic show. It’s one of the best paddle shows around. The organizer, Jan Fast, does such an amazing job and the owners of Midwest Mountaineering give such a warm welcome to everyone participating. And, I even found time to catch a few of the shows myself this year: the charismatic and talented Cliff Jacobson showing how to deal with bugs, Clair (Assistant Superintendent) of Woodland Caribou presenting on Woodland Caribou Provincial Park and Bob O’hare, an amazing far north paddler – and a really nice guy – who received a award for his 50 plus years of adventures.
