Magetawan River – Duck Lake adventure – part 3 (finding Duck Lake)
Here’s part 3 of our trip in search of a route to Duck Lake, north of Magnetawan River’s Trout Lake.
There was no water, which caused a huge problem. And it was the end of May. I can’t imagine how bad the trip would be in July if we get no rain.
And when we did manage to reach Duck Lake, there were three ATVs parked and three motor boats fishing. Crap! Is there no where these machines can’t go and ruin the wilderness experience for others who wish to travel by non-mechanized means???
