Tested: K2 Hardside (131-98-119)

Best for: Everything

The Hardside is part of K2′s backcountry line and is focused on all-round performance. The ski has a moderate flex perfect for a variety of conditions and its dimensions are a good middle ground for everything from quick groomers or mogul runs to deep trail breaking or powder turns. On a skin track, the Hardside is a very capable ski with a moderate rocker tip that helps keep it riding above crusty snow when breaking trail. All in all, an excellent ski for whatever you want to throw at it.
