Step Into Wellness at the Halifax Health & Wellness Show

This fall, Halifax is rolling out the yoga mats and gathering the best of the province’s wellness community under one roof.

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, the Halifax Health & Wellness Show is taking over the Cedar Event Centre (111 Clayton Park Drive) for a full day of learning and inspiration. If you want to dive deeper into health, mindfulness, wellness and active living, this is your chance.

Over 100 local exhibitors will be showcasing the latest in wellness products, services, and innovations. Here’s just a taste of what you can expect:

  • Inspiring guest speakers tackling everything from mindfulness to nutrition. (You won’t want to miss Holistic Health Coach Janice Amirault and her session on mastering menopause.)
  • Live demonstrations and interactive sessions that bring wellness practices to life.
  • Three free yoga classes spread throughout the day, plus dance and pilates sessions. (Dress in comfy clothing!)
  • Massage and reflexology sessions will enrich your day (especially nice if you’re popping in after paddling at the nearby Blue Mountain – Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness Area).
  • Personal training and fitness assessments.
  • Wellness gifts, swag bags and prizes that will make your adventures even healthier and more fun.
  • A vibrant marketplace of local brands and services dedicated to healthy living. Community favourites include Lawrencetown Candle Co. (you know them for their Valley Berries & Cream candles, designed to smell exactly like a bowl of ripe Annapolis Valley strawberries) and The Healthy Bug Natural Health Shoppe, which has over twenty years of experience recommending natural health products from its Bayers Lake store.

Your attendance not only benefits you, but also contributes to a worthy cause. Admission is $6 (plus tax) for adults (free for children under 12), and a portion of the proceeds supports the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.

You’ll want to arrive early, as the first 100 guests will get exclusive wellness swag bags and the first 500 guests enjoy a complimentary made-in-Nova Scotia Cove Soda. Not much of an early bird? There’s a second round of swag bags in the early afternoon.

Whether you’re a seasoned wellness enthusiast or just starting to explore new ways to feel your best on outdoor adventures, there’s something here for you. The Halifax Health & Wellness Show is your opportunity to support local and leave feeling inspired to have your best autumn ever.
