Deanne Kearney is a dance writer, researcher and outdoors enthusiast. Deanne grew up hiking the Bruce Trail with her family before completing the whole trail with her partner in 2021. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Dance Studies at York University in Toronto, Ontario and tries to supplement her writing and desk work with as many outdoor adventures as possible!
